Neoskill wishes you a warm welcome to 2021! After a much-needed break for all over the festive period, we can begin looking at the year ahead.
With the difficulties faced in 2020, Neoskill expects to see a growth in employee well-being training. It is of no surprise that the well-being of many workers has been impacted this last year; LinkedIn data shows that in December, 70% of UK professionals were suffering from elevated levels of stress. Organisations must invest in well-being initiatives, as happy and healthy employees are productive and positively beneficial for business.
There are ample articles predicting what L&D trends will be seen in 2021, yet all have a heavy focus on soft skills. With a greater focus than ever on soft skills development, organisations that employ soft skills training can ensure that their workforce is future-ready for the inevitable dependence on technology and the probable shift to long-term remote work.
