With a global workforce exceeding 70,000 employees, the recruitment and onboarding of fresh talent presented an enormous challenge for this organisation. Recognising the level of this undertaking, the implementation of a structured onboarding “journey” for new hires became imperative. This initiative aimed not only to create unity among incoming employees, but also to develop a sense of camaraderie and alliance amongst them. The aim was to cultivate a strong feeling of affinity and loyalty towards the organisation, nurturing a sense of belonging and pride.
