Our ‘Developing Your Emotional Intelligence’ training was carefully customised to align seamlessly with the needs of the team, addressing their unique challenges head-on. Through insightful discussions with team members, we gained comprehensive intelligence into their concerns and intricacies, which were then thoughtfully woven into the course content.

After engaging in a series of interactive EI online ILT sessions, team members and team leaders participated in a range of workshops aimed at applying the recently acquired emotional intelligence skills.
